Our Story
We (co-founders Matt, Lucas, and Josh) opened SoPo Seafood in March 2020 with the intention of selling locally harvested Maine seafood to restaurants. Just as we got started with the business, COVID struck, and every restaurant in the country shut
overnight.

Our mission is to support the local seafood industry here in Maine and the Gulf of Maine as much as we can.Â
To achieve this mission, we partner with fishermen, shellfish growers, scallopers, lobstermen, and clam diggers up and down the Maine Coast.  -
